For domain setup, include the domain name, whether you chose GiftRed nameservers or your existing DNS provider, and a screenshot or copy of the DNS records you added.
What to include
For payment issues, include the order ID, payment ID, and the email used at checkout. Do not send full card numbers or sensitive payment details.
For account-security issues, include the account email and a short description of what changed or what looks suspicious.
Response expectations
Managed-domain setup is estimated at about 48 hours after payment and manual review. Support response time can vary by request type and launch volume.
Refund and billing requests are reviewed under the refund policy and may require payment-provider confirmation before a final update is available.
