Accounts and access
Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity under their account. GiftRed may require email verification, rate-limit requests, or restrict access when abuse, security risk, or payment risk is detected.
Admin, wallet, order, response, analytics, and domain management areas are account-specific and must not be accessed without authorization.
Projects and content
Users are responsible for the text, media, names, event details, links, and other content they add to projects. Do not publish content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or violates someone else’s rights.
Published projects can be shared publicly by link or domain. Anyone with access to a public link may view the project unless future access controls are configured.
Paid upgrades, wallet, and domains
Paid features can include custom slugs, whitelabel delivery, wallet top-ups, and managed-domain requests. Wallet credit and payment orders are reconciled against provider events and internal fulfillment records.
Managed-domain setup is a manual operational service. GiftRed may review domain availability, register or configure the domain, update status in the admin panel, and estimate delivery at about 48 hours after payment and review. Renewal pricing may differ.
Availability and limitations
GiftRed aims to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, instant DNS propagation, registrar outcomes, search-engine indexing, or third-party provider behavior.
Refunds are handled under the refund policy. Some domain-related costs may become non-refundable once manual registration or setup work has started.
